This coconut shell fired boiler uses mixed fuel: coal, wood chips, and coconut shells. The customer chose mixed fuel because these materials are locally available and cost-effective. The boiler runs efficiently and keeps fuel costs low.
The boiler is a water tube biomass boiler with a double drum structure and membrane water wall design. These features ensure reliable steam generation and long service life. The reciprocating grate combustion system keeps operation stable and efficient, even when burning different fuel types.
