Yuanda Boiler supplied a 3-ton complete LPG fired steam boiler system to a panel factory in Oman. This horizontal fire tube boiler provides stable and continuous steam for the veneer hot press and continuous roller laminating line. The factory produces interior woodwork and furniture panels.
Packaged Design for Limited Space
The factory had limited space and few installation workers. So we designed and manufactured this 3-ton packaged steam boiler on a skid.
Except for the boiler body and modulating lpg gas burner, all other accessories are installed compactly on the skid:
- Economizer
- Feedwater pumps
- Feed water tank
- Steam distributor
- Chimney
This packaged design means no complex installation is needed. The customer only needs to connect water, electric, steam pipes, and LPG fuel. The boiler can be put into use very quickly and smoothly.

Yuanda Boiler engineer Mr. Deng was on-site to provide fire tube steam boiler guidance and commissioning. He helped the customer with installation checks, system testing, and operator training.
