Yuanda Boiler recently successfully completed installation and commissioning of three 7MW dual-temperature gas-fired thermal oil boilers custom-built for a large petrochemical company in Shaanxi Province, and are about to enter official operation.
This series of boilers utilizes four core technologies to fully meet the petrochemical industry's stringent requirements for safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection:
Comprehensive Safety Protection: Multiple alarms, including those for over-oil temperature, over-flue gas temperature, and low flow rate, ensure safe and reliable operation.
High-Efficiency Energy-Saving System: Combined with a high-efficiency combustion system and air preheater, thermal efficiency is significantly improved, achieving energy savings and consumption reductions.
Ultra-Low Nitrogen Emissions: Utilizing FGR (Flue Gas Recirculation) technology, NOx emissions are ≤30mg/m³, ensuring clean and environmentally friendly operation.
Precise Dual-Temperature Control: Designed with a wide 60°C temperature gradient, the boiler body can precisely maintain the required temperature at different process stages, ensuring stable production and consistent product quality.
This project further demonstrates Yuanda Boiler's comprehensive technical strength and customized service capabilities in the field of high-end industrial thermal energy equipment.
