Introduction
YDF medical waste incinerator is a commonly used equipment for the harmless treatment of medical and general waste. It can efficiently burn medical waste, hospital waste, infectious waste, domestic waste, and other solid materials like paper, plastics, and rubber waste. CE and ISO certified.
This incinerator uses double-chamber combustion and gasification pyrolysis technology. Also has an ash collection and flue gas purification system, so it is environmentally friendly, smokeless, and odorless.

1. Pre-assemble the incinerator before delivery. It mainly includes: combustion chamber, secondary combustion chamber, flue gas purification system, and electrical control panel.
2. Keep flange connections. This makes on-site bolt assembly easy.
3. Cables and cable ties are clearly marked.
4. Perform commissioning before shipment. This ensures quick use after delivery.
5. Configure multi-stage flue gas treatment systems. They include cooling towers, venturi scrubbers, cyclone separators, bag filters, acid gas scrubbers or activated carbon filters, sedimentation tanks, and more.
