Introduction
Yuanda Boiler developed YDF series medical hospital waste incinerator, vertical type funace body, compact size, high rate of burning, easy to operate. It adopts advanced gasification unit pyrolysis combustion, multi-stage flue gas purification system, fully enclosed operation, environmentally friendly, smokeless and odorless.
Negative pressure combustion without backfire, incineration temperature is 800-1100℃, flue gas residence 2 seconds. Especially suitable for incineration of hospital waste, infectious waste, sharps, sanitary napkins, medical waste, biological waste, plastic waste, public waste, industrial waste, etc.
Treatment Process: primary combustion-secondary combustion-water cooled cyclone dust removal-primary spray tower-secondary spray tower-induced draft fan-chimney discharge.
Yuanda Boiler incinerator is mainly composed of vertical furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, water-cooled cyclone dust collector(or venturi scrubber), primary spray tower, secondary spray tower, induced draft fan, chimney.
And it is very easy to install: 1. All parts detachable to small pieces - convenient for transportation; 2. Flange connections reserved - easy to assemble with bolt at worksite; 3. Clear marks at wires & flanges - as assemble guidance.
