SZS Series – Vertical D-Type Water Tube · Membrane Wall

Double-drum D-type water tube boiler with fully welded membrane water wall, flag-type superheater, and economizer. Ideal for high-pressure cogeneration.

Capacity: 4–100 t/h | Pressure: 1.0–3.8 MPa (up to 5.3 MPa) | Fuel: Natural gas, diesel, biogas | Efficiency: >92%

Features: Higher steam purity (<1% humidity), low NOx emission (≤50mg/m³), superheated steam up to 450°C.

DZL Series – Water-Fire Tube Hybrid · Chain Grate
Single-drum combined water-fire tube design with left-right water wall as radiant heating zone and convective heating via two-wing flues & threaded fire tubes.

Capacity: 1–10 t/h | Pressure: 0.7–2.5 MPa | Fuel: Coal, biomass, wood waste | Efficiency: >85%

Features: Ideal for small-medium scale, cost-effective, high automation for solid fuel, low ash accumulation.
