DZL and DZH boilers are innovative water-fire tube boilers with threaded smoke tubes and airfoil-shaped flues. Through "α"-shaped flue gas recirculation and secondary air distribution technology, combined with a strategic heating surface, it achieve fuel savings and efficient operation. Therefore, it is also called: a revolution in industrial boilers.
The DZH boiler is a manual type moving grate boiler, that requires manual feeding and deslagging. It is particularly suitable for burning firewood, log, big biomass briquette, blocks, waste fabric, solid waste, etc.
Water tube biomass boiler, also known as horizontal double-drum boiler, include D-type water tube boiler and A-type water tube boiler. They feature a full membrane water-cooled wall structure, independent cyclone burnout chambers, front and rear water-cooled arches, secondary air system, built-in ash cleaning, and a multi-stage dust collector system.
WNS series biomass burner/gasification boiler is a horizontal three pass fire tube boiler, also know as combined biomass boiler, hybrid boiler. The fuel is burned in the front burner, heat energy can be directly supplied to boilers/heating equipment. It rovides a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional fossil fuels.
And once you no longer want to use biomass as fuel, it can be switched to a gas or oil burner.
