A wood industry boiler is a specialized industrial boiler designed to generate steam or thermal oil for various wood processing applications. Unlike standard boilers, our systems are engineered to burn wood waste (bark, sawdust, wood chips, sanding dust) efficiently, turning by-products into free fuel. Available as steam boilers (for saturation processes) and thermal oil heaters (for high-temperature precision heating).
Log steaming (12-30h), veneer drying, hot pressing. Requires 1.0-1.6MPa saturated steam.
Fiberizing, drying, hot pressing (thermal oil for precise temp control ±2°C).
Steam-to-air heat exchangers for controlled drying, preventing cracks and mold.
Thermal oil for impregnated paper drying, edge banding, and pressing.

Horizontal water-fire tube biomass steam boiler. Capacity 2-10 t/h. Ideal for small to medium plywood or drying plants. Compact design, easy installation.
Assembly chain grate water tube boiler. 4-35 t/h. High efficiency (>85%), suitable for MDF/OSB lines with continuous operation.
Water tube reciprocating grate boiler. 6-20 t/h. Specifically for high-moisture wood waste (up to 50%), self-cleaning grate.
Horizontal thermal oil heater. 0.35-14 MW. Output temperature up to 320°C, precise control. Best for hot pressing, laminate drying.
