Introduction
The DZH series is a hand‑fired, traveling grate boiler designed to burn biomass fuels such as wood logs, firewood, wood chips, pellet, rice husks, shells and other solid fuel. The name DZH stands for single drum, longitudinal layout, and hand‑fired operation.
The boiler uses a water‑fire tube combination design. The furnace is surrounded by water‑cooled walls, and the drum contains fire tubes for heat exchange. This gives good heat transfer in a compact size.
The DZH boiler is manually operated. Fuel is fed by hand, and ash is removed by hand. Therefore, this boiler is an idea choice for small and medium-sized enterprises with low-cost biomass fuel and labor.
1. Hand‑operated traveling grate – you can break clinkers, move fuel, and remove ash without stopping the boiler.
(The operator loads biomass fuel (firewood, chips, briquettes, or pellets...) onto the moving grate through the front fire door)
2. Large furnace with front and rear arches – gives more time for volatile gases to burn, reducing black smoke.
3. Customized feed door and furnace arch based on fuel.
4. Three‑pass flue gas path – extracts more heat from the exhaust.
5. Threaded smoke tubes – create turbulence for better heat transfer than smooth tubes.
6. Wing‑shaped flue passages – act as dust settling chambers to reduce tube wear.
7. Manual fuel feeding, with natural draft and mechanical secondary air assistance,ensure burning well
8. Large water volume – helps the boiler handle sudden load changes and gives safety during power outages.
Each DZH boiler is delivered as a packaged unit and includes:
