Industrial boilers (also known as steam boilers, hot water boilers) provide thermal energy for production, drying, sterilization and heating. In order to choose the right boiler, we first need to know what kind of heating medium is needed. We offer steam, hot water, and hot oil.

Then we need to choose the fuel we prefer to use. Our boilers can be powered by natural gas, LPG, biogas, diesel, heavy fuel oil, dual fuel; coal, wood, biomass, wood pellets, sawdust, wood waste, sawdust, rice husks, palm kernel shells, palm fiber, bagasse, waste cloth, solid fuel; and electricity.

Finally we need to know the thermal power of the boiler. If it is not clear, please tell us and our engineers can calculate it for you.

We have various types of industrial boilers powered by different fuels:

■ Gas/Oil Fired Boiler

① LHS/LSS vertical gas oil fired boiler, diesel gas steam generator, hot water generator, capacity from 0.1ton to 2 ton, 90kw-1400kw.

Vertical design saves space, requires little investment and has stable operation.

② WNS series oil/gas fired boiler adopts horizontal three-pass wet-back structure, large corrugated furnace and patented thread pipe technology, equipped with international first-line brand burners and valve groups, and independently developed high-matching PLC control system to realize multiple linkages. The lock protection function protects the equipment safely.

Capacity 0.5ton-20ton, 350kw-14000kw.

③ SZS series oil gas fired water tube boiler(d-type water tube boiler) adopts double-drum "D-type" vertical arrangement, full-membrane wall structure, Compound water circulation structure, can realize large-capacity boiler overall quick installation. Equipped with steam superheater, the temperature can reach 450°, and effectively utilize the waste heat of flue gas.

■ Electric Boiler

① LDR vertical electric boiler, clean type steam generator, stainless steel steam generator, capacity from 9kg to 500kg, 7kw to 350kw.

②WDR series full automatic electric heating boiler is a kind of new high technology product which takes electricity as energy. It has the advantages of environmental protection, no pollution, no noise, convenient installation, small occupation, full automatic control and high thermal efficiency.

■ Coal/Wood/Biomass Boiler

① CWHS biomass/wood pellet boiler is a small type biomass boiler. Integrated design, easy installation.

②DZL and DZH boilers are innovative water&fire tube boilers with threaded smoke tubes and airfoil-shaped flues. Through "α"-shaped flue gas recirculation and secondary air distribution technology, combined with a strategic heating surface, it achieve fuel savings and efficient operation. Therefore, it is also called: a revolution in industrial boilers.

Capacity from 1 ton to 8 ton, 700kw to 5600kw.

③ SZ series boiler is a double-drum water tube assembly boiler (A type or D type layout). Custom-designed according to fuel, configure different combustion equipment(chain grate, moving grate, traveling grate, reciprocating grate, bubbling bed grate). With energy saving device and dust collector system, sufficient output, low ash accumulation and low emission.

Capaciity from 6ton to 40ton, 4200kw to 14000kw.

④Biomass burner/gasification boiler is a combined boiler, hybrid boiler. The fuel is burned in the front burner, heat energy can be directly supplied to behind fire tube boiler or water tube boiler. It rovides a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional fossil fuels.
And once you no longer want to use biomass as fuel, it can be switched to a gas or oil burner.
