Yuanda Boiler offer a biomass boiler with 13 ton steam capacity for a textile mill in Pakistan.
This biomass steam boiler mainly consists of a water tube boiler and a reciprocating grate(step grate). This structure reduces installation difficulty, thereby lowering costs.
The reciprocating grate can burning various biomass fuels well. It has three combustion zones, and the frequency and speed of the reciprocating motion are adjustable, ensuring complete combustion even for fuels with high moisture content.
Furthermore, the reciprocating grate(step grate) has an automatic coke-breaking function.
Staged air distribution and staged combustion promote further mixing of fuel and oxygen, while also effectively controlling combustion temperature and preventing coking.
Equipped steam soot blowing device.
Equipping the boiler with a cast iron economizer and air preheater further improves its thermal efficiency.
