The third 20t/hr water tube biomass boiler deliver to Chile customer.
This is boiler using 20ton water tube furnace, reciprocating grate as combustion device (also named step grate biomass boiler, inclined fire grate boiler), hydraulically controlled feeding system, bag filter and water-film scrubber etc.
Automatic operation, high efficiency over 88%;

The reciprocating grate is a specialized choice for biomass-to-steam solutions.
It consists of alternating fixed and moving grate bars arranged in a stepped configuration, which increases the contact surface area between the fuel and the combustion air.
The moving grate bars execute a reciprocating motion, pushing the fuel downward from top to bottom; during this process, the fuel is actively turned over, ensuring thorough drying, combustion, and complete burnout.
It is suitable for burning low-grade coal, high-moisture biomass, or for co-firing coal with other fuels.
