Yuanda Boiler completed a 25-ton wood chips fired water tube boiler upgrade for a paper mill in Bangladesh. The new generation SZW biomass boiler replaced the old unit and now provides stable steam for paper production.
This SZW double water tube boiler features a membrane wall design. It has a larger furnace and a high combustion chamber. The staged air distribution and staged combustion technology ensure high efficiency and low emissions.
The moving reciprocating grate combustor discharges ash automatically. This means no ash accumulation and less maintenance work.
The boiler burns wood chips, wood waste, shavings, tree bark, pellets, and agro waste. It handles high-moisture fuel well. This makes it ideal for paper mills and textile mills that have access to biomass fuel.
