Biomass boilers mainly use firewood, wood chips, rice husks, palm kernel shells, bagasse, waste wood, biomass pellets or briquettes as fuel. This series of boilers has stable operation, environmental protection and high efficiency, low emissions, and good energy saving effect.
Biomass boilers are Yuanda Boiler's classic products, sold to 132 countries and regions including China, Asia, Africa, South America, etc., and are well received by users.
According to the different furnace structures, biomass boilers can be divided into two types of boilers: DZ series and SZ series.
A brief introduction is as follows:
1. DZ series biomass boiler
Adopting water-fire tube structure, threaded smoke tube, secondary air distribution design, reasonable heating surface layout, high thermal efficiency, and low operating cost.
The following figure shows the operation site of a 4-ton biomass steam boiler in a Vietnamese rubber factory. It has been put into operation, with a fuel consumption of 600kg per hour and low operating cost.
2. SZ series biomass boiler
Double drum layout, water pipe structure, sufficient output, short steam generation time, fast speed, equipped with secondary air intake system, full and thorough fuel combustion, high thermal efficiency
The following figure is a 6-ton biomass steam boiler in a building materials factory, with good environmental protection effect, low emissions and stable operation.
