Indonesia – Yuanda Boiler has successfully shipped a YGL 2900kW (2,500,000 kcal/hr) biomass fired thermal oil heater to a leading chemical manufacturer in East Java. This wood thermal oil heater will provide stable 300°C thermal oil heating for chemical reaction processes, replacing the client's older, less efficient boiler.
The customer specifically needed a biomass-fired industrial oil boiler capable of using local wood chips as fuel and achieving precise temperature control.
After comparing the various fuel cost, Yuanda Boiler's engineers confirmed that, in Indonesia's current energy market environment, wood chips are more economical than natural gas, while also meeting emission standards.
