Optimal Fuel Compatibility: The thermal oil furnace is configured to combust the plywood factory's own waste materials, including veneer waste, offcuts from sawn panel edges, dry sawdust, and sanding dust. This turns a disposal cost into a valuable energy source, significantly reducing fuel expenses.

Efficient Combustion Design: The unit features a manual refueling combustion chamber paired with a dedicated biomass burner engineered to ensure complete and stable combustion of the shredded wood waste, maximizing thermal efficiency and minimizing emissions.
High-Temperature, Low-Pressure Operation: As a biomass thermic fluid heater, the system will provide safe, high-temperature heat transfer (up to 350°C) at low operating pressure, ensuring both safety and precise temperature control for the plywood presses and dryers.
