Yuanda Boiler held a one-day team building event yesterday to kick off a two-month sales incentive program. The event brought employees together for a day of food, games, and teamwork.
The activities included hot pot, BBQ, and fun teamwork games. These activities helped colleagues from different departments communicate and cooperate better outside the daily work routine.
The two-month sales incentive officially starts this week. It aims to reward strong performance and encourage teamwork across sales and service teams.
